About
One technical owner, from architecture to production.
I'm White, an independent full-stack developer focused on the parts of a product that have to work together: application code, data, infrastructure, automation, and security. I work best where a project needs both a clear technical direction and someone willing to own the details through delivery.
My approach is end to end. I start with the system boundaries and the decisions that will matter after launch, then build toward a production path that is observable, maintainable, and deliberate about risk. That can mean an SSR application with background workers, an event-driven Rust service, or the infrastructure work that keeps a community running. The technology changes; the responsibility does not.
I prefer explicit tradeoffs over vague promises. I do not treat the client as a trusted environment, and I automate repeated operational work when that makes the system easier to reason about. The result is a smaller surface area between an idea and a system that can be run, changed, and defended.
If you need a technical owner for a product build, a systems problem, or an integration with real operational constraints, get in touch.
Principles
How I work
01
Ownership end-to-end
One technical owner across application code, infrastructure, observability, automation, and security. The technology changes; the responsibility does not.
02
Never trust the client
I do not treat the client as a trusted environment. Validation, access control, and threat-aware design are part of the build, not a later patch.
03
Automation over repetition
I automate repeated operational work when that makes the system easier to reason about, run, change, and defend.
